Is he likely to turn his 9x+ into bluffs? I don't see any other draws that missed that would really be bluffing here. Wouldn't it be better to bet him off some of his straights if you're calling anyway? Probably really close. Nice call btw.

I really doubt he s bluffing enough here to be able to call as he has an absurd amount of flush combos in his range on this board:
1st case we lose 118$ or 2$
2nd case we lose 36$

With the only potential hand we win against 1 combo of A5s and A2s,except the A2s prob folds turn anyway
Don't see what AhX that reach the river would shove and not xback
Then again im a terrible HU player

hi. A9o, K9o, Q9o, T9o, 89o is more combos than all possible flushes with the most liberal 3bet calling range of suited hands. (and take into account we are deeper there is more suited hands calling). Only have to be good 40% of the time.

Don't understand rest of your post.

I don't understand villians shove. not too much worse calls and the hand has very good showdown value. He should bluff with 9x combos with a heart and shove flushes.
villian is unknown and snap shove. probably an easy call if they are from russia, but i forgot where they are from. otherwise a tough decision. I hope there are no russian regs on this site waiting to snap value shove me lol

I came with the expectation that 9x is check backing almost always unless 89o/T9o I guess. That makes me think i have a bad understanding of HU ranges thought.

As for russians, I've been around most networks and I'd say PS and Prima are total disaster when it comes to russians, they dominate both of those networks, things are better everywhere else.

Dunno how they managed to become those LAGtards that crush the games everywhere. People used to bumhunt them :/

well if they shove all flushes, they should bluff a decent amount. not sure why you assume 89o and T9o are the only ones bluffing when you assume there are absurd amounts of flush combos at the same time. it makes no sense to play in a way where you bluff a small amount and value shove a large amount unless your being exploitive.

If they have tons of flush combos, they have to bluff a lot of hands. and 9x is the worst hands in their range (almost always beaten by river), so they should bluff an amount that is enough to balance the flushes. not sure what that number is, but probably 89o-K9o. Also discount the thing i said about heart blockers, i think that matters not much at all thinking about it a little more.

they have tons of free content in Russian only. I once downloaded a pack of videos where a high stakes reg was breaking down ranges etc with the help of 3+ programs essentially spoon feeding everyone what they need to know.
(I obv understood nothing at all except from the occasional English poker term) These vids where available to anyone for free easily---> voila PS aggro Russian infestation even in lowest stakes

I have a stockpile of a Swedish PLO (English tho) 6max player breaking down all of his hands over a 100bi big stretch (+70k aiev). Learned from him more than I ever did Jnandez (except certain ways to play weaker kings in 3/4 bet pots (try not to lol)
