I'd be inclined to call myself.. only value hands that really make sense would be like, A7/76/78s, 22..? KQ 77 3bet pre? 10Js would make sense if not for you holding 10s, guess he could have 10Jc or d but feels less likely.. depends on his willingness to bluff with some type of 7 I guess..

Even though I argued for a call also think nitewin's post is very valid. I have a kinda hard time seeing what floats are still around that don't beat you.
