I think you mean worst possible turn... he doesn't bet the river.

I think given your turn play, and the irresistible odds, you call this river.

Ohh and if I bet the turn, I certianly don't pussy bet it.

Bet if for real, this guy may have just raised you because you bet scared.

PS: At this level check/minraise = Top 2 pair or better.
