You can shove turn. As played I think you can easily fold river on this runout.

wtf kind of hand range check/calls flop then check/raises turn?

i'd imagine that villain thinks that good draws (fds and oesds) can just call again on turn (and rightly so), otherwise why call flop and then suddenly raise turn? doesn't make much sense as a bluff really. anyway i'd look him up on the river with the underrepped top 2 and the Qc blocker
