the preflop 4bet is too small, would make it $6.5 or more

postflop i agree w/ Spitfiree, bet a little bigger like $4.20 and then shove turn

you can't 4bet to 26bb thats an overkill

6.5/25 is 26% of our stack, seems fine?

if we make it just $5 villain has a profitable call with his whole range, having position.

if we had position the size would be fine, oop not the case.

thinking more bout this, the turn maybe a check? because if we jam all our value hands (QQ+) i can't imagine any hand in our checking range that's not check/folding - seems exploitable.

if we check whole range on turn, yes we do give free card sometimes but we can be much more balanced when handling our range.

or do we just not have a checking range and shove our whole range on turn? kinda depends what else is in our 4bet range (i assume some AK, and maybe some random bluffs like A9s? are we 4betting a hand like T8s? KQo?)

make your 4bets minimum 2.5x oop. 3x is fine as well.

rest of hand looks fine. u could chk turn.... tho would prefer chking turn had we bet slightly larger on flop. given our flop sizing i think betting turn is probably best. the way u played it is fine. there's a lot of options here.
