You definitely have to bet. Since all the hearts are middling it means he can't have many sc's that made flushes, leaving basically just Axhh and QJhh, whereas he can also have AK/KT, and those two alone make this a clear bet. Depending on villain you can bet/fold or bet/call here (probably bet/fold vs most)
