I think it's v close between three options. With b/f you can get some more value out of lower pp's, missed fd's won't shove over unless they're suicidal since we can easily have Jx and we don't feel awful calling. On the other hand, checking allows him to bluff missed fd's/sd's, but you miss value vs most pp's. C/f's okay against weaktights that don't bluff here, especially when it's a measily half pot.

Tl;dr it depends on villain and your own image.

Vs an unknown I think I like b/f most though because people just never bluff these kinda rivers and c/f feels too gross.

mmmm how about bet/fold this cause we block Qh (flush draws) and Qd (backdoor flush draws) as well as any QT he may have decided to float flop with, and ck/decide with AcAs, which has basically identical hand strength

3 streets is pretty ambitious; he has about as many Jx combos as lower pairs and hes not always calling 3 streets with a pair here obviously. I'm with 4TM
