i stopped callin flop shoves since its always AA, set or flopped street at micros (and all of them beat you)

u can't fold after u bet that amount on flop, his shove is barely more than a minraise

with those stacks u might wanna check/shove flop, since u'll very likely be checking AK and u don't want too weak of a checking range

preflop u could also consider not 3betting (unless EP is super loose, in which case u prob have to 3bet)
