just call he can have 99 and strong 8x too aswell as maybe some weak jacks, u cant rep T9 and u dont have too many 7x in ur flatting range u can only rep like 2 combos of 76s if u raise and u cant balance that out with showing up with TT then u probably want to raise 99 and 89 and stuff aswell
he bets halfpot this can easily be A8 or 99 aswell as maybe some weak Jx and some bluffs clicking buttons, i dont see him playing strong Jx+ or 7x or something betting this weak |

yeah makes sense thanks. I think I get induced by the sizing and don't want do do what he wants me to (call  )? Think I do this alot when tilted just autoraise bets like these.

you cant rep T9 credibly once you check the flop, you can rep busted diamonds very well by raising the river
furthermore repping a range that has exactly 4 hand combo's as a bluff on the river in a spot where you probably dont even check the flop with it is typically very very bad |
