Sup,
we have a 7780 all-in-one HP. We're trying to print off some copies of a flyer, the printer does the job for like 5 copies (which come out perfectly) and then stops the job and says that cartridge C (cyan) needs ink. But it doesn't. Cartridge is full, and it was JUST using it to make 5 perfectly fine prints before that.
I am pretty clueless when it comes to printers.. didn't find anything on a brief google search.
Can anyone help?

how do you know cyan is full? If it's just the HP software or Windows itself telling you so, try rebooting and reloading the cartridge (make sure it's actually in there right). Maybe even reinstall the HP software if it's being a bitch.
Also consider the possibility it isnt full and needs replacing. |

the printer says it on its little screen, doesn't say it on the computer software (she is actually copying from its scanner -> print)
is there a way to test if the cartridge is full or not? I took the cyan + one that I know is full and compared their physical characteristics (shook 'em a tad to compare weight and stuff), they seemed the same (could feel that there was liquid inside each)
so dumb, re-order the print job and it starts printing again for a couple of copies then stops rofl. |

if it works to print just a couple why not just set it up to print 5 then a new order for 5? |

I cant imagine printing multiple colour leaflets being very cost effective anyway. |
