Going to montreal in a few weeks to see some electronica concerts ( amon tobin =D) and to play some live poker obv.

Anyone play poker there? Which casino is best? im looking to play some 2/4 - 3/6. also isn't there electric tables there? ones with no dealers.. ;o

Yeah well it was all electronic tables but I've heard they changed them, maybe only some of them, for human dealers.

There are many pubs you can play at but there is only 1 casino, so no big choice -_-

If you have a car I know there are a few interesting indian "casinos" on the south shore, but I've never been there.

I've been the MTL casino when they first opened up with electronic. It was very busy, the room is nice but waitlists were no fun after dinner, sometimes hour or 2 from what I heard. Overall I would expect it will be ok if you go.

Then like Grais said there is some renovated cardrooms on south in the Khanawakee reserve They have a FB page but i can't remember the name of it, it's on google maps tho. Oh I found the site in my bookmarks.

seemed cool, free food but crazy rake.

I'm sure some people here are from MTL and know more.
