I too frequently make these sick random spews vs people when I know exactly what I ought to do but I don't do it anyway, I wonder why. Prolly happens once every session

I have plenty of history with villain. I know that he is pretty much always trying to stack off when he donks here (ie I knew 100% he had AK flushdraw or QQ+), so I know raising is the worst possible option and (imo) either other option is reasonable to take. But why then did I raise? Do I hate myself? Winners tilt? did I feel like I won too many buyins this session so something was clearly wrong and I had to try to fix it by spewing? I'm honestly not sure why I do this.

I get caught up being aggro its easier than it looks to make a mistake like this, its something that will become better as long as I keep playing this style

Man i know a lot of people advocate playing a set number of hands / time per day but try playing and locking up some wins for a bit. Its good for the soul. Then slowly increase your session lengths each day.
