My team Malmö FF won the swedish football league. I however was stuck in Barcelona, because of a meeting I had this morning at 09:00, which also got canceled. Champions league - here we come!! Really looking forward to travelling to all the away games in Europe next year (first the qualification games) and if we're lucky; the champions league. This team brings me so much happiness, and I love the passion, since our football is not the best skill wise we have to leverage that with our passion.
And also, poker gods let me run good please, have been running absolutely insanely bad. Oh well just MTT variance, but still. Let me run run run run run good.
Got also a fairly hectic schedule: Business trip to London this week, Chicago next week, London directly when I come back from Chicago, Sweden after that, and Chicago for christmas - aaah milage is nice!

And only one team can qualify. It's the same in our neighboring countries as well.
But our leagues standard isn't high. So I'm not sure I can complain too much. Champions League needs to set a standard after all - and if we can't even qualify, a direct qualification would only result in a very polarised league (which it already is enough)

the system of CL is pretty well made otherwise Barcelona or Man Utd would be the winner every season ....
How come the season ended @ November in Sweden ? The winter transfer pause for the 1st half ot the championship didnt even come to other countries yet
We will probably have a scandinavian champions league this year called "Royal League" - we had it a few years back (05 iirc), and it was plain dumb, the weather conditions were very crappy, so they want to have the group stages in Spain (Good for me, shitty for every other fan), and when they get passed the group stages they will be back in Sweden and play the rest there..
I would have loved to have our season parallel to the rest, because one aspect that is crap is, our transfer windows closes in the end of july, meaning we cant buy any more players, but we are allowed to sell players til the end of august, because of the other leagues having their window open that long.
