F4Zi if you get enough time on your hands and wake up not so hung over once, you should consider going to a beach (Sudersand) on the island Fårö. Its a 5min ferry from the northern tip of Gotland and then maybe 10min of driving. Not sure if I would recommend it if you took bus tho, its quite far from Visby. But you should consider taking some kind of trip to a beach other than Tofta (the classic one south of Visby) because they have a ton of really beautiful ones there. Whatever you do, you'll have a lot of fun.

i just spent my year on exchange in HK and let me tell you: you're absolutely gonna love it. it was definitely the best year in my life so far. and HK is probably the most amazing city in the world and it has so much to offer. i had to share a bedroom as well but it wasnt as bed as i thought. if u can choose i'd recommend getting a roommate who's an exchange student as well, as a lot of locals are really boring and have mentality of 16yr olds. ur obviously gonna meet fun and outgoing types as well but the odds are against you. nightlife in HK is amazing, there is stuff going all the time and you're gonna have a blast. throughout the whole year i literally met only 1 person that didnt like HK. the only thing is that your uni is kinda far away, im pretty sure u dont have an MTR station nearby so its kind of a hassle to take bus and then MTR to get into town. and coming back from a night out might be pain in the ass too. anyway, enjoy ur time there!

HK=/=China, it's a SAR and acts as its own country but protected by Mainland China. Sort of like puerto rico
