Hey this is a link to the frontline documentary about the internet and technology and just overall living a pretty wired life and how its changing things.. i found it very interesting, its the cool type of documentary where its not one sided, its just open minded and informing people about stuff...

anyways its the follow up to the "growing up online" kinda short documentary they did earlier.. its been out for a while so im sure alot of you have already seen it, but i thought id put it out there for anyone else..

like i said, there are some parts in here from a older documentary, but there is a whole huge 40min part about virtual reality and diff stuff that is really new.

thanks for the advice man, i actually dont have much creative talent, i cant draw for beans, but i have a eye for design... but anyways, watching this documentary it showed a part where they have built a 3d realistic war simulator, they basically build a war situation all in 3d like in iraq or afganastan, then put soldiers with PTSD into the simulation, then they run it and come out on the other end ok, and after repetition it can help rewire the brain to help them deal with their PTSD... i am totally against war and everything, but its sick unfortunate how many people come out of wars with PTSD and if could help them in any way that would be a great way to spend my day, so i might try and get my foot in the door with building 3d models, or 3d war sceneries or something and hopefully i can end up helping someone... right now im just playing like 30K hands a month and doing 3d modeling a few hours a day and then playing video games rest of the day..

Sometimes one section would only have its audio play and i couldn't rebuffer it so i had to restart the whole thing. -.-

watching now. seems alright, but i hope it doesnt turn into a condescending view of the internet and how its making kids lazier, stupider, more distracted and less connected with the real world.

also the constant talk about MIT students being the smartest in the world tilts the shit out of me.
