Hard to follow/annoying with all the zooming in and out... couldn't you just tile all 4 tables?
Only thing I was able to notice is that you might want to think more about your decisions and consider your options.... sometimes you ignore some options and other times you just kind of say I could do this or that and decide one for no apparent reason.
When you're planning on raising specific hands or calling with specific hands, I'd like to see you state why you're doing it, how you're planning on moving forward on specific flops, etc. Obv it's not profitable to call with A10 in position unless you have a read or some kind of specific plan to get two streets of value on flops where you hit an A or you're going to be able to move him off of his hand on a lot of boards.
I don't really think you should be limping 77 unless you have some kind of plan to exploit a certain player and even then :/, you're just missing a lot of value by not taking initiative.
To summarize I'd just like to see you think about each hand a lot longer. Okay I flopped a full house... I can c/r, bet, or c/c. What do I like about each option, what does each option give me, if I bet what should my size be, what should my c/r size be? Who's my opponent, what's his stack size, how can I make him make a mistake, etc.
The important thing at this stage is to think about all of your actions, even if your play is just flat out wrong, if you can explain why you made that play in a well thought out manner that's what matters.
Sorry if that's hard to read/seems very vague.... I think it's pretty much the best advice you can get as a starting player though. I'd personally like to see a 1-2 tabling video where you go into a lot of detail about each of your decisions and discuss hands you're not involved in, etc. |
