If you go to Leicester Square, check out Empire, that's the only casino I've played at in London and I liked it, cute girls offering massages, the card room's open 24/7 (this may be standard in London now) and the games played very deep last time I was there (almost a year ago)

yeah that was mostly a joke, point is, 2/5 GBP will start to affect my play if I get deep, whereas I can monkey off stacks as normal in 1/3

Dude there is no way 1/2 GBP is the equivalent of 25/50 USD, I thought you knew finance, clearly you have a long way to go.

You should really check up on these things before you go to another country because it can cause quite a faux pas when you refuse to pay what you believe to be 80 bucks for a cup of coffee, people will think you are being stingy.

Dont wonder later why americans have such a bad reputation abroad when you go around grossly misapplying such simple things as a conversion rate.

Strange, I was thinking about the same question in the context of Budapest tonight (my usual SnG didn't happen and I was left in the middle of the city with a big "WTF" on my face). Ended up going home afterall heh (checked out a few places for future reference at least).
