bluff catching is to caught someone bluffing when you are holding a better hand, simple as that
the strenght of my hand doesnt matter
if you catch someone bluffing when you are holding a weak/medium strenght good for you, I never said my hands were bluff catchers

bluff catching is where u have a hand that in itself is not worth value betting since you're opponent will only call with better, so you check to induce them to bluff (like sometimes you know they won't value bet hands with showdown value so almost their entire betting range when checked to is bluffs.)
