Keep ur head up man, I would definitely suggest 4 tables you will play much better and have alot more information at ur disposal, just watch out for some FPS sneakin up on you cuz ur bored. If you feel some tilt attack coming on just take a break, the tables will be there when u get back.

Edit: BTW, that hand above is a big bowl of Spew Stew

your lifestyle and margin for error seem very stressful. personally i couldnt handle such a high risk of ruin and it doesnt seem like you can either.

why not get a job and play poker on the side until you are more comfortably rolled for life/poker?

I would be fine if I didn't withdraw, or just spent less, I feel like I just need to tighten my wallet for a bit..

I mean I just withdrew 3.5k for thailand.. I wouldn't of tilted almost at all if I had that in my BR instead. it just totally fks my mindset.

so yeah you're right in that I need to stop living on the razor's edge as I have been basically since the start of '09. it isn't good for me or for my poker progress at this point..

but I don't think I need to get a job to fix that, so I won't. I'm going to stop spending outside of thailand which I'm already committed to and might as well make the most of. It is pretty easy for me to reduce my expenses to $600 a month.. so I will have to do that.... I will be super disciplined so I can be comfortably rolled for 1/2 and ready for vegas come June.

thanks..

Move down, make 30bi or so on NL50 before you move up.

Chin up, yo

Researchers used brain scans to show that when straight men looked at pictures of women in bikinis, areas of the brain that normally light up in anticipation of using tools, like spanners and screwdrivers, were activated.

Btw I found out that I can play many more hours per day if I have only 1 hour long sessions

Like its 19:30 you set yourself a goal to start playing now and stop exactly at 20:30. You stop your session, do whatever you want and start another isolated session, again for one hour.

I usually go for shower, some shopping, play some Planescape : torment, make lunch, watch some asian porn or do some pushups between the sessions, its important that its something unrelated, LP makes it worse at least for me :D

You can end up playing for 10 hours per day but it never feels like it, 60 minutes is just so fast at least for me, and you can make the sessions even shorter than that.
Like Joe Tall that plays Stud has 15-20 minute sessions lol. Its really hard not to realise that you are spewing when you finish the session in your mind and look at it from perspective.

once you withdraw money, its yours. just make necessary adjustments to what you play. im kinda tilting rebuilding at plo25 nl when i know i can roll myself up for 100nl, but meh, generally redepositing makes you feel dirty and might have a worse effect when you start losing redeposited money. enjoy thailand!
