Just wanted to say a big thank you to Loco and respect for knowing your shit. I've lost ~35 lbs in 3 months with very little to no excercise and eat as much as i want whenever i want. I've recieved many compliments about changes in my skin and i feel amazing. My diet post earlier in the blog should probably get revised too. I basically cut out cooked food entirely and now eat a 100% raw diet. My daily water comes from a water distiller and i'm getting a dehydrator delivered to me pretty soon to make delicious snacks out of raw foods while keeping the food in its raw state. So ya, thank you loco for being such a huge help and discussing things with me ^_^
Christmas dinner imo. Its 100% Raw.

I dont quite know yet. Most likely nuts and various vegetables blended up and dehydrated. The burger/bun and ketchup are all made by them too i think. I dont think its an actual bun, pretty sure its similar to the burger but made to look like a bun.
I'll post pictures after i've lost the entire amount. Dw ^^
