Ok guys i have to decide which one to buy.

The main difference is that the HP has S-IPS Panel type and the Samsung has S-PVA. All other things except the year of the model are the same(HP is 2006 and Samsung is 2008(thats for the 305T+).

HP LP3065

Samsung 305T+ (plus)

Both of them cost nearly the same so price dosnt really matter. Please give me some competent opinions and share expirience.

my samsung crapped out on me. Started turning green and the screen would get all shaky so I exchanged it for a small monitor instead.

I would recommend S-ISP since it tends to have lower input lag than the PVA-based panels.

Also consider this I-ISP panel. It's what I use, and it has been great:

Nitting it up since 2006

id recommend 2x 20-24" instead of one big one, less strain on the eyez no?

i use 2x20" and i tryied 1 30" and for sure the strain is lesser w/ one big monitor btw that LG seems to be even cheaper and newer model and the response time is only 5ms which is great cuz the samsung and the hp had 6 ill search a bit for it

I have two of these

There the cheapest 30" out there and I've had them for about 3-4 months now no problems. If you do get them make sure u disable the idle tour thing that pops up all the time when its idle... LOL
