you have not said what you will do if you busto theese 2k, which i think is a very real possibility if you have a habit to play drunk (ever). |

as it is a loan ofc I'd pay it back. I wouldn't mind signing a legal document that outlined the agreement, ofc you'd get personal information on myself, but I think that means very little. That's why the legal document would they key to this entire agreement. |
