btw.. 100$/h for gym coach is realy unnecessary
i think u just need to talk with someone who have experience and do some resarch on ur own and trust me u will have some realy nice results
ofc.. u need to focus more on food, training and rest and obv.. no pain no gain

yea I also got a personal trainer recently and its been awesome.
my lease is up in sept on my condo and gonna buy a nice place after i think - so gotta turn that grind mode on - you should too
