So i haven't posted a blog message in a while, but basically i've been putting in around 5k-10k hands a day at nl50 running at around 2-3 ptbb/100. It's been sluggish and I seem to be getting better as time goes on, but I'm still worried about the transition to nl100 (which i'll prob. be going to later this week or next week).

anyways, heres a graph for the whole month so far, as you can see i'm having a bit of trouble with the red line, and I can't seem to make it flatten out. Its so strange...

any help would be appreciated! gluck at the tables1

What are your VPiP stats etc? How many tables you play? I am guessing you mass table and play like a nit, fold like a pussy all the time?

im tilted and while I mean what i say sorry for being so harsh. Honest advice would be to cut down tables and learn to play better.

20/13 really are the fishregs better players love to have at the tables

At NL50:

1. Raise any two big cards.
2. Cbet any flop.
3. If you hit top pair, don't stop betting unless you have a very, very good reason.
4. Hit the call button less.

you play 6max right. 17/13 is still bad but some people make it work by playing their image right. 3-4betting right and being somewhat monster postflop

Basically get the gap between vpip and pfr closer.

My guess is, your calling pocket pairs and such too much, when you should be raising

Play 4-6 tables instead, and loosen up your play, and watch whats going on more closely.

Jsut need to get out of robot mode, and feel the poker a little more.

You still got a nice amount won though, so you cant be doing that bad.

lol dont listen to these idiots, your red line is fine and 17/13 is fine

if you want to make your red line more breakeven that's no problem, but you're not a weaktight fish just because your red line goes down/youre 20/13 ROFL what a dumbass assessment

I don't agree at all, or is it a level?

1. I don't think you should be raising any two big cards from any position. I translate it into JT+ since you said big instead of face cards.
2. Do not cbet every flop, that's just so bad.
3. Betting top pair every street is throwing money away against most players.
4. I can't comment on this since I have no idea how the OP plays.

I'm currently working my way up at 6max NL10 right now. Since NL2 I have played exactly the same, 25/15/3.5. Is this ok? I think the only reason my vpip is 25 and not like 20, is because sometimes I'm just not in the mood to raise all my suited connectors, and just go for limping them for awhile. Other than that I already follow edzwoo's advice, albeit lower stakes than NL50.

bye now
