[Q] DOTA - no cd

loool, as u know its a mod of warcraft not a standalone game so u cant because u need all the objects and builds etc! just purchase roc&tft would be around 15$ atleast here it is

dota is not a game, it's a map into WC3 so you need to have Warcraft 3 + Warcraft 3 : The Frozen Throne both installed, btw if you'll install latest patch, you don't have to need CD because it no more needs it.

It's 2am here so no game stores open, I'm just having a dota craving all of a sudden after like 5+ months with no real games other than poker

If you have you're case with your cd key on it (which I'm assuming you dont if you have no cd), then you can download wc3 from blizzards site and install it (you wont need the cd). I play dota ALL the time, so that's what I had to do. Like I said though, you'd need the cd key. So if you have one then it should work, if not then I'm sorry I couldnt be more help .

if you're willing to spend money on it, just buy and download it from battle.net
