I eat at taco bell like 3x a week. 7 Layer nachos, burritos, and goodness. The calories are precious as I'm trying to gain weight. In regards to my health, how deadly is this on a scale of 1-10?

I'm scheduled to volunteer at a hospital gift shop / info desk in mid april. How can I get closer to the surgical action without actually having to be professionally relevant to the job?

what in your honest opinion is a good amount of sleep per night (hour-wise)? Assuming the number is say like, 8, is there a substantial difference if this was from like 3 or 4 AM to 11 or 12, compared to like 12 AM to 8 AM?

I'm having issues with oversleeping, typically sleeping like 9-11 hours a day since I'm not going to school this quarter so I don't really have much to wake up to besides poker grinding, so I don't feel the need to wake up early or anything. How bad is this?

I used to be a really heavy drinker about a year ago, I probably drank alcohol everyday for over 9 months

Now I only drink maybe every other weekend, but everytime I drink I get really hot, I mean I start sweating and even while others are cold and complaining about the AC Im sweating my balls off and have to take my shirt off because of the heat i feel.

and I stay like this for like 1 more day.

I never went to the doctor or anything, help did all my alcohol abuse from the past fucked something up?
