usually each rakeback affiliate site has a step by step guideline for users to follow. This is to ensure they get their own cut properly 
Things get exponentially more complicated when you already have an account on the site but would now like an account that has rakeback and deposit bonus. Emailing their support is the way to go if option 2 is the route you have to take :S

By their support you mean Full Tilt etc? I signed up for accounts before I knew about rakeback and am in the same boat. |
