life is looking better =)

I am managing a group of about 20 people at the moment. I was thinking about blogging about something useful. I have been thinking about wine, management of people (motivation theories, development of people at work), SEO, Sales - anything sounds interesting here?

So 2 guy friend a 1 girl friend and myself in a 5 bedroom apartment. I am starting to enjoy life again, and im good at my job (even though ive had to fire some people).
