im sorry in advance for posting this, but ive lost $770 today and its about triple of what ive ever lost in a day. i honestly do not feel i was playing badly, its been donks with stone cold nuts or donks drawing out (this one more often) today.

i think that it was a lot of flopping 80:20 and getting drawn out..
i completely acknowledge that i have a lot to learn and im always trying to improve my game, but today.. i really dont think i spewed, i swear to god. usually when im upset i like spew off 1 stack in anger as a big bluff, or something. i didnt.
ill try to plug my leaks, continue on.. *shrug*

It was the same for me when i first tried to move up to 100nl. Keep at it if you feel you can beat it. If your confidence has taken a bit of a beaten, grind out some hands at 50NL and recover your BR a bit, then take another shot. GL |

hand one with AQs, just shove the turn, you bet way too small and you give him really good odds for a river card
everything else looks fine, you just get outdrawn or sucked out quite a bit
and note the guy who flatted AA and slow played the flopped full house
anyways 100NL is a lot harder than 50NL imo, just get used to the regs and their tendencies
most of the regs i've played with already moved up to 200nl so.. good luck |

this is not a downswing.... this $$ is totally reattainable. However, approach the next week or couple weeks carefully, until you get that solid upswing again. |
