i broke someones foot with my shinbone in a sparring ....
interesting thing is we both had full protection gear on ( shin + foot protection)
And since we were sparring we didnt go 100% power with our kicks and punches...

he makes a low kick i block with my shinbone
His foot hits my shin -> foot breaks

He was new to MMA but had a decent KungFu background >-<
i think he wont do a low kick with the foot ever again

i used to break toes on a monthly basis in bjj

and the endurance required for MMA, which has actions like punching and kicking bone and muscle with 1000-2500 PSI. - Taco

i love fighting so we can do a friendly match anytime we met ( only problem may be proper protection like if we do it with MMA gloves we need head protectors etc for sure when ure beginner

Low kick is a Kick against the legs of the opponent with your shinbone.
mainly vs the big leg muscles ( thigh)

u can see it in K-1 all the time
