I can't stop spewing. There are so many situation where I know I'm way behind and I still call huge river bets. I still stack off with overpairs way too often. I have learned a ton in the last 2 months but far too often I ignore my intuition (which comes from knowledge obviously) and make poor plays.
So, despite being in the black almost 17 buyins and being rolled for nl100, I am going to play nl25 again. My win rate there is much higher and I will look at it as being a self punishment and a chance to regain confidence. To avoid temptation, I am going to cash out all but 40 buyins for nl25.

though about working on your game? spending as much time studing videos / doing math / pokerstoving / reading as you do playing?
also I think playing 6max and HU for a while really helps your FR game.
I think playing fewer tables (like 6 FR to start with) and paying attention to player types, then bluffing by repping strong hands to nitty players is essential in FR.
for the spewing could try keeping a word document to beat some sense into yourself, its like doing lines in detention at school

I do play some 6 max but 9 max is my main game. Videos are boring to me. I started doing the file like you said but I didn't keep it up. I really need to get back to that again though. |
