i havent been able to deposit on stars for the last 3 weeks because i changed banks and my new atm card doesn't upload onto stars, so i haven't really been able to play at all lately,
since last night, I gave you'llcallme a hand winning his tournament and he shipped me $30 for a tip for helping him.
So today I take the $30 to the tournament circuit and luckbox a 2nd place in a 2.22 2x tournament for $600.
My roomate (gsr_01_integ) had 5% on me (as i did on him), so after that i clear $588 from $30.
I'm going to be playing alot of tournaments on stars and staying away from cash for now on. im sufficiently rolled to play up to the 5r and multiple $10 tournaments, but not the 10r just yet.

didn't you have a big roll from degening it up @ 3/6 the last time you posted about poker? So why do you have no money? What happened with atlantic city? Did you go busto again? |

stick w the 3r and FO's of 5$ and less. Try to play the 3r like a FO though, meaning don't tilt and/or go insane and spew a ton of BI's gambling to get a stack. If you drop to 300 drop the 3r and stick to like 4 180's and 5$ and less. Once you hit 800 or so you can take shots at 10$ FO's unless you get back down to like 5 or so, but tbh you shouldn't really get THAT low supplementing w/ 4 180's b/c those are insanely soft and your ROI is probably higher than the avg winner (for those stakes) is. I wouldn't play the 5r or 10r regularly until you had say 2k+ for the 5r and 5k+ for the 11r (even more for the nightly one b/c hte structure is suckier and thus has more variance. The day one is sick awesome though bad players and awesome old struc). Just be willing to move down and there's nothign wrong with playing aggressively. |
