so 25NL didn't work out too well and instead of shortstacking 1kNL i followed my poker conscience and moved back down to 10NL T_T

i opened up 12 tables of fury and went on to S/M assrape the game at 20BB/100 over 4.7k in 3 days and now i again have a robust roll for 25NL

i tried to apply the concept of isolation and pot control as much as possible which often meant choosing not to cbet the flop with medium to weak hands and value betting the turn and river. Position became a lot more important because not only did it provide me with more information about those that acted before me, but it also gave me the ability to manipulate the size of the pot depending on the strength of my hand.

knowing that, 10NL was pretty ez game... to think i thought 10NL was ever difficult ROFL

i think i should be fine moving up until people start 3betting me light and picking fights with me heh...

people wont start to 3 bet light before NL100
In fact ive played quite a few hands on NL50 now and despite a few idiots who like to do fancy stuff all the time nobody 3 bets light .

Agreed with the German fighting machine. Also, don't abuse pot control - use it only when necessary.

yea abusing pot control can get you run over by people who notice and respond but most wont. Also at least at ftp i know several of the regs 3bet light but nothing to really worry about just don't let it tilt you and don't call them light without a plan.
