if someone is like 25/4/1.5 what should i be aware of
and likewise, if someone is like 50+/4/1 and they raise, what am i looking at, couple of times i've folding things like TT on low flops because of this.

4% pfraise means he's only raising 99+ AK and AQ, these are my favorites players and because his AF is 1 you can easily fold TT on low flops.

that they play a ton of hands, but don't raise trash or bluff. they just call down, so vbet thinly on multiple streets and don't bluff them without having at least a good draw |

above, where good draw stands for straight flush draw, or pair+fd roughly.
