so as i a kid i was never very active and my health wasnt that great
anyways, about a week ago i had a nightmare. it was something stupid, i was outside and something scary ran after me, so i entered my house and closed the door just on time
this scenario repeated itself a few times i think. then i wake up with an insane hearth rate, like 160+. i think my body was on top of my arm or something. then heart rate goes back to normal, and i fall asleep
actually im not even 100% sure this happened it could have been a dream
what does this means

Are you an anxious person? Because it could be generalized anxiety disorder which is really not a big deal. Do you get nervous or anxious during the day thinking about stuff you have to do ? If not, pretend the last 3 sentences never happened. |

If this were to happen again, I would seriously consult a doctor. I actually had this happen to me too, I actually got sick from the dream, I woke up with a fever and I was sweating. But a year has passed so I figured it was a no biggie. |
