So 5 days ago I hit $150 with my BR, I started with $50 and worked it up through $1 SNGs and have now started playing $5 sngs. I'd been fairly consistent for the first few weeks cashing more than half the time in the SNGs.

The last 4 days I cannot win. CANNOT WIN.
My BR is down to $57, I can't cash.
I can't win coinflips. I've actually been note taking, the last 18 coinflips I've entered either with a pair against two higher cards or two higher cards against a pair I haven't won.

I can't cash. Over half my bankroll is gone now so I'm on massive tilt, I locked myself out of Pstars for 24hrs because I don't wanna do something stupid like play $10 headsup or something like that.

It's seriously driving me insane, I'm so competitive so I feel like I'm playing bad and becoming angry at myself.

Any advice? :|

I really like SNGs because I'm so competitive, that said I've only once sat down at a cash table and have no idea how to play them, most players at NL5 all seem to be push fold :/
I'd rather build a stack early in a SNG and watch them push/fold around me while I cruise to the moneyz

isn't 150 a bit underrolled for the 5$? Variance happens, take a break, get a good nights sleep and try again tomorrow.

We have now sunk to a depth at which restatement of the obvious is the first duty of intelligent men.

50buyins for sngs is sufficient, maybe your playing too many tables at one time, try to play maybe 3 at a time. 100buyins are needed for tourneys. My advice is to go back to your bread and butter, the 1 dollar sngs until you get your roll 250

I had same problem, started at 50, worked up to 200 through sngs, then fell back down. I love tournaments, but cash games I find are more stable.

I usually only play one table at a time, I find my 'poker strength' is remembering peoples betting patterns/hands they've shown down so I find it's easiest to maximise that when playing only one table at a time.

Anyone wanna teach me cash games ?:D

Hmmm, actually, I'm thinking about saving some money and depositing on FullTilt with deposit bonus + rakeback (something like $250), even though I love stars there's no bonuses I can take advantage of anymore
