was 4 tabling nl10 today for a couple hours, up 1 buyin on each table except for one, which i was down 3 buy ins
gayest hand was AKs vs j4d...rivered flush obv vs my 2 pair, all in on turn
so gay
and i just lost another one against the same guy..he was playing almost every hand, so i go all in with 2nd pair, and he has top. oops, whatever
and so i'm stopping before i go on tilt

Just play standard, PAY ATTENTION, to timing tells, pauses, bet sizes, and most importantly trust your instincts. If you add up all the money you've lost over tilt especially higher up you're gonna get pissed at yourself. You are your own worst enemy, not your opponents  gl |
