It's always like this. Almost always. I play decent poker and win some money, and eventually I make a super-hyper-ultra bad play. I don't know why. I know I should fold but I call just to look him up (and maybe win the pot if he's bluffing). I have played on Stars for a few days, and I have played pretty good. Lost a couple of buy-ins stupidly, didn't run too good, yet managed to be up 2ptBB/100 over 10k hands on NL50. The following hand is the peak of my stupidity (the guy was 40/20, but that doesn't justify anything).
Enjoy (and don't ask me why I did call him, I just did)!

yeah, I have the same problem. its not really tilt... just something snaps and you randomly decide to make a hero play.

if you succeed in figuring out how to keep composure through a whole session tell me how!

I seem to do stupid shit like this myself too. Sometimes kinda opposit too, like when i really do have a good hand. I respect theire raise or whatever, and acctually fold. While i probably should have made an easy call. While other times, even tho in my head i know im beat, i just have to look it up on the river...

Really trying my best to work around it, but its frustrating sometimes. Especially after you made a laydown, where you acctually should have called and then procced to call something you should lay down.

Yeh roger that. 1st or 2nd hand of my session last night I stacked off with AQ on Q high flop against a guy that potted to the river and pushed all in. He flopped a set. I have no fucking clue why i was calling him - but by the river another 20 for a hero call was somehow required!
