I got some serious issues with BR management and ego, I've been takin time off of poker tryin to get my head straightened out after that last run I was on.
I talked alot w/ Radiohead and he stressed how much playing on 100 buy-ins is perfect, so its the only way I'm going to play anymore. 100 BI for cash, 50 BI for tournaments.
Been learning alot, I kinda still suck at poker but hopefully I'll get good soon.
I have improved a little though, and win alot more pots than I used to.
Hopefully I can become a winning pla<x>yer in the next few months.
GL everyone,
Ryan

as much as I like Radiohead, 100 buy ins is excessive at the micro stakes and will just delay your progress if you know when to move up/down but I agree that the higher you play the more buy ins you should have
im curious to see how long you'll be able to respect this rule |

| fuck I should just sell some of my Pokemon cards, if no one stakes that is what I will have to do - lostaccount | |

100 buy ins applies to high stakes, at low stakes the discipline you need is the ability to move down when you reach a certain point. For instance if u move nl50 with 1k and lose 200-300$ you should move down and build back up for your next shot. As Loco said if you use that 100 buy in rule at lower stakes its going to slow you down a shit load and would be completely retarded and potentially cost you thousands.
nl5-nl200 20-30 buys
nl400-nl600 40+
and at nl1000 and above id start thinking about that 100 buy in rule |

You probably do need 100 buy-ins to not go broke.
I would smoke some weed, I heard it makes you play better. |

you need to get this out of your head, you try way too hard to win/"earn" too many pots doing weird moves that sometimes work and make you feel cool but are longterm -ev. |
