Today's summary:
Commentary:
Very good session this morning. After like, 50 hands I was up 2 BI's. I sort of wanted to stop playing at that point, and start tomorrow off even for the month. Am I a pussy for thinking like this? I eventually figured that if I can lose money this morning, I can just as easily lose it when I play tomorrow, and decided to keep playing. Still running only 6 tables, and I'm convinced that I'll need to move up to 9 very soon. At this rate, I'll be putting in 10K hands/month, and that just won't be enough 
Winning some of the biggest pots I've won in a real long time, and it feels alright

but! i think you should try to keep playing your A game and not quit. But lately i have been think about this too, because very often i start being up few buy-ins up and end up being down =[ |

HAVE YOU CONSIDERED PLAYING 10K HANDS AT MTT RATIO OF AROUND 4 THEN 10K HANDS WITH AN MTT RATIO OF AROUND 6-9
DONT ALWAYS HAVE TO PLAY 7MILLION HANDS IF YOUR CONFIDENCE IS LOW AND YOURE NOT PLAYING YOUR BEST GAME

Yeah, it's sort of a paradox...some sort of anti-tilt or something.
But ending a session down a buy-in or two after you've been up a good amount is absolutely sickening. I suppose the whole "strike while the iron is hot!" mindset makes sense though. |
