As you've probably all read i made a thread NETELLER SCREWED ME BOO HOO i suggest go read it to find out what exactly happened but a basica run down.
I was robbed about 3k all up.
I'm pissed and will be for quite a while
Anyone got a gun and tell me where to find those neteller fucks?
Long story short the result is my plan to do uni and live off poker while studying has been dashed to fucking bits.
I'm not going to touch poker for a long time as i think i'll need a tad bit of time to cool off after this ridiculous bad beat.
oh and life sucks in general at the moment, honestly as karma and i described my general life "god is throwing you the scraps, and then as you pounce he drags even the scraps away".

You have a 14th amendment claim against the FBI. They deprived you of "life, liberty, or PROPERTY, without due process of law." Some enterprising attorney should make a class action for all the poepel that got their money stolen. You have a 5th amendment claim under the same basic quote. (No the amendments are not redundant).
That is unless they are having a hearing for you to get your money back. The FBI simply cannot do this.
Whoops..... Nevermind. The FBI cannot do this to a US citizen, I assumed you were a citizen until I saw your country just now... =)
But nonetheless, I bet some people in the US got their monies siezed, and they DO have a 14th and 5th amendment claim. |

Constitution is dead. They are already curtailing our most obvious 1st amendment rights and many other major infractions. What makes you think any attorney will be able to take down this huge government machine. They do as they fucking please. Good luck. And yes, it's not neteller's fault, but USA's. |
