So I'm sitting here, just lost all the sunday tournaments I was in, and realize that my mtt/cashgame heater come to its end.
What sucks with poker is that moment, when you have been running horrible for a full month, then finally run good, but it only last a few days and it's over. What's next? I think that's what we call grind.

I think I'm coming to a point every high stakes player know. The point where you know you can beat it, you know how to, but you just don't want to put in the mental effort. You don't want to resist the 20k downswings, you don't want to keep playing when you've won 3k, you don't want to believe you can come back when you're down 10 buyins in a session.
You also have no idea of "what is next", over 25/50 there is no really good stake, it's just higher, tougher. I'm not even a 25/50 player and won't play that level before a few month but I really dont know what to do when i'll reach that (If I do lol).

Another thing really annoying is that I've played so many hands this last two months that I know how to beat me.
That's a strange feeling since it seems pretty obvious that when you know your leaks you just have to fix it, but I've come to the point where I can't find correct answers. I've not met a guy that had been outplaying me or anything, just that I know my style or thinking process is sometimes so complicated that a simple tag with 100bb can beat me, while with 300 it ouldn't be the same. I've come to realize that aba is really right when he says it's all about playing "good solid poker".

I think I still need to improve, I feel like a fish right now (and haven't been even losing or sucking out I promise lol).

well the good thing of being a high stakes player is that u can always come back to like NL400/NL600 and pwn the fish there when u need to have "guaranteed" money or u need a confidence boost

there is a light at the end of the tunnel... (but sometimes the tunnel is long and deep as hell)
