time to chill a lot at home when it rains. just jamming to music now. I also realize I aint a winning poker player anymore so ill just set aside some weekly budget for my poker expense. losing like 2$ an hour now lol cuz im playing low stakes if I play higher I would lose faster. 10$ mystery bounty on ggpoker is beatable still for me but just playing the 3$ mystery bounty for fun now to kill time. sports betting im like -ev now too so I just do it for fun and not expect to win. this is gonna be a nice cozy fall for me. ive been investing in the metals accumulating nice and slow. as much as I can every month which isn't a lot but it still something. I also dont think I will be travelling anytime soon if ever again but its okay vancouver is such a nice city anyways I dont mind being here for the rest of my life.
also selling pokemon cards now since it rocket so much lately I think we gonna have a correction so im selling some of my graded cards. hope to get a nice roi on them if they sell. I don't enjoy the hobby as much but was fun while it lasted. my list of hobbies keeps dwindling so I gotta find some new hobbies or what the heck is a neet life with benefits but barely learning gonna do. what the heck am I gonna do to keep myself entertain for the rest of my life lol.
Online poker is kinda rigged now with bots n collision and the RNG might not be so random but I don't know. I just play for fun to pass time. I don't expect to win but if I do it's a bonus. I don't enjoy the degens in the casino so I don't enjoy casino poker as much but a nice home game with buddies are always fun cuz they fishes but we don't play for much. I haven't played many homes games recently though, it's been awhile since I last played one but fall is here so golf season is kinda over n games should start running
I self ban myself cuz needed a break but now im missing me some poker haha. gonna just enjoy the games when I can play again in the next couple of days but the waiting is boring, but happy mid autumn festival to my fellow asians who celebrate it .
Na I ain't a gambler, I'm just looking for entertainment and poker gives me a some hours of entertainment a week. My pro gambling days are long gone so its just chill n enjoy life. If I had to make a living off of gambling I wouldn't live in Vancouver that's for sure and be somewhere grinding the casino games but that life is too unbalance for me. Now I just listen to music, eat some food, go for nice walks along the water, hang out with friends, drink some good wine and alcohol n do some other things n call it a life. I'm content with my life, pretty happy to be honest. No kids but it's okay just be a helpful person to future generations.
It's a quiet and peaceful Tuesday, just finished meditation and looking forward to the blue jays game. I got some money on them against Ryan but it's not much just a friendly bet. Jays have a chance this year so GL to them.
Ryan the rhino is a sick gambler extraordinaire lol I can't do 12 hours days like my man here. I guess cuz it's not worth it on ggpoker but if games were soft like 2010s I think I can put in massive hours again n make some good hourly but in 2025 that dream is over unless Canada ring fences our gambling industry like USA cuz I don't want to play against grinders from the world. Competition is too stiff rather play when I want for fun in that case than competing with them for 5$/hr. I wonder how many ppl make 30$ an hour in ggpoker as a pro. I don't think many n if they do some definitely using programs against tos. I somehow got 40$ in rebate from a 150$ tournament but not more info was given so someone was cheating lol
its a sunny slow Tuesday. no blue jays game but they are getting crushed n I think mariners gonna go to the finals hopefully not against LA. Poker was tough came 13th/1350+ players n 100th/9000+ players for okay score but was looking for more. cards didn't go my way in late game lost some flips n a 70/30 oh well better luck next time. Been watching some fishing videos on YouTube, hoping to go fishing in the near future as that is a fun hobby. someone gave my family a coho salmon they caught so that was nice meal. metals has been on a nice upswings so I feel a bit richer lol. there isn't much planned for today so im just sitting at home thinking what to do while enjoying some soju cause their is some strike so government liquor store is close and there isn't much selection in private stores now. I hope the strike ends soon cuz I wanna drink some vodka n whiskey n affordable wine cuz they were all sold out -_-;. Time to sit back watch some shows or play some Starcraft. have a good one LPers.
