Have they found a loophole in the online poker laws regulating the United States?

My apologies, I haven't played since like 2009... Just curious if I could legally get back into it.
Any info is accepted. Maybe I'll make a comeback!

Not a loophole, they are just challenging the legality of the law by ignoring it completely. Remember, the only illegal part of it all is the banks conducting the transactions for you. Playing online poker isnt illegal, and neither is providing it. It's simply the act of transferring the money, and that responsibility falls on the banks, not you. I dont think PokerStars or FTP even got sued when they were busted, they simply had tons of their accounts frozen and funds seized. Same thing can happen on Carbon/Bovada. But for now, they continue to operate.

bye now

ugh that sucks... I don't get it. Why do people have this inferiority complex to where they can't let people do what they want with their own money? sucks...
Not worth the risk, it sounds like, to join Carbon or Bovada.

Is there any profit in playing for free and collecting the pokerstars fake money and then ebaying them?

More or less, I am bored and enjoy poker.
