Not a loophole, they are just challenging the legality of the law by ignoring it completely. Remember, the only illegal part of it all is the banks conducting the transactions for you. Playing online poker isnt illegal, and neither is providing it. It's simply the act of transferring the money, and that responsibility falls on the banks, not you. I dont think PokerStars or FTP even got sued when they were busted, they simply had tons of their accounts frozen and funds seized. Same thing can happen on Carbon/Bovada. But for now, they continue to operate. |
