Oh, man... that DBZ inspiration is adorable. I don't know what you look like, but could you imagine if like Putin watched a russian translated DBZ. He'd immediately go out and start wrestling two bears instead of one, so pumped up of energy, he'd kill them with just a choke hold from one hand, at the same time.

are you allowed to arch like that on bench press? I thought you are supposed to have your back on the bench (i mean when it comes to competitions rules)

I'm 82kg, 170cm.
You have to keep your shoulders and butt on the bench, pretty much everyone archs as hard as they can.
