I just want to clear something up before I share anymore of my life with you all:
I am not in the business of making enemies.
Yes, I lead a very privileged life and yes, many aspects of my life will seem glamorous to you, but by no means am I trying to throw it in your face. You guys are hard working members of the proletariat and I have so much respect for that; however, I am who I am. My bartender gives me a free pint of Pabst Blue Ribbon on Wednesdays and Subway makes my 11th foot-long for free. I didn’t ask for any of those privileges. It is just part of who I am.
With that little disclaimer out of the way, I want to tell you all about a new purchase that I made.
It is a Sony Trinitron. I got it yesterday and it’s really cool. The guy on Craiglist said the TV’s retail value when it first was produced was almost 1200 American dollars. There are a lot of options and extra features that come with the TV. For example, it has these digital built-in buttons so that if you can’t find your remote, you can change the channel right on the TV. It’s a very convenient feature.
Also, notice the white shell of the television. People don’t see too many of these because this TV was most likely custom painted, which adds to its original value.
I am also proud to say that this TV isn’t very big. A lot of the plasmas and big-screen TVs these days tend to be cumbersome and large. However, you probably noticed that with trends in technology, advancements have made electronics smaller and smaller. Desktops to laptops, Walkmans to mp3 players, refrigerator to mini-fridge, and so on.
Also, we’ve all heard of plasmas and LCDs, but my TV is listed as an “aperture grille cathode ray tube television.”
I don’t know the science behind this type of technology but the word “grille” is a French variation of “grill.” I assume the manufacturers used a French term to represent the class and sophistication that is associated with this product.
Now, I am really going to enjoy watching the Olympics.
Things have been pretty crazy lately. 2 weeks ago nutshot and I moved into the new apartment and it took us a while to finally get everything set up. Things are finally starting to run smoothly here and we should have some pics up soon.
newbornbaby joined the 2 of us at the Borgata this past weekend. As some of you who read Mike's blog saw...he still has a horseshoe up his ass taking home 15k from swapping 5% with the winner. I played like absolute dogshit in the MTT busting in level 5. I'm in the process of writing a pretty long trip report. I had Al Krux on my left all day. Dude fucking sucks.
I ended up having a pretty good weekend all in all though. Booked 2 nice wins in the 2/5 NL game and ran pretty decent at roulette for a change. Finished +$2500 for the weekend.
Online I've been pretty quiet this month. Haven't played a single hand of online cash and only played a few MTTs to start the month. I withdrew a decent amount but got some help after concierging my Borgata MTT buyin. I've decided to make a temporary transition to 6 max. 200NL FR in July was pretty frustrating and I'm excited for a change of pace. I'll be dropping to 100NL 6 max and hope to put up some big numbers.
I'll be vacationing for a week this next week which should be a good head clearer. I look forward to a giant September including maybe playing some WCOOPs.
I am going through a fairly terrible downswing. 20k hands at 100nl fr -8 buyins and 20k hands at 50nlfr breakeven. I know variance can be + or - 2ptbb/100 over even 100k hands. I am trying to play well and look at the longterm and not the short term. Its just punishing. Besides watching videos and trying to analyze my own game, posting hands etc. I don't know what to do to make my game any better. I feel play hasn't deteriorated any for the most part. I know there have been way worse downswings than this. How do you guys cope?

Ok, first of all, me and floofy bwbet a lot. Lately we have been playing on this map with ridiculous shit vs computers and each other and stuff. The map is entirely flat and has no terrain, just minerals and gas.
In one bet today I had a sarah kerrigan and a tank locked inside of minerals and a starport to start vs 2 computers and floofy with a canon at his base.
As the game started I used my scvs to push my locked units outside of the minerals and proceeded to win the game pretty easily. Floofy did not like this.
So later on floofy makes this map where infantry units get 10 armor and he gets to start on a random location on the map that i have no idea where is. Me vs him and 2 computers. He canon rushes me and canons still pretty much rape marines and that slows me down a lot and gives him enough time after a 24 zeal rush to get dts and kill me.
He offers the same bet but him playing instead of me as the 10 infantry armor person. He remakes the game and as soon as it starts he sends 2 scvs to my base (because he knows where it is) and I instantly tell him no bet and this isn't fair and to let me pick a random spot. We play it out and he wins easily because its completely unfair after that start.
Is what I did the same thing as what floofy did? Did I cheat and or did floofy cheat?

i'm playing 400nl with a crappy ass bankroll and playing 15/12 or some nitty ass style but still making money every day cause the regs suck. whatever i'm so uckinng drunk but i've been drunk e3very day i love it...i love lp fuck 2++2 come to sf and i'll hoook up up with asian girls...
Today was good,
1. Won a ticket to the sunday million on pstars, nice little br boost (4bi)..sadly broke even over the 2k hands of cash.. but oh well +4bi can't complain ..
2. Put good use to my dads putting green and driving cage today haha, i'm going to learn how to play this game called golf i swear it :-P
3. Casino morongo tomorrow which should be a blast haven't play'd live since vegas the end of june... although this time won't be as much fun since i'll be playing legally haha morongo is 18+ but awesome time awaits never the less
4. Friday is a friends b-day bash turning 20 so he's having a kegger at his house which is always a good time...
5. Got a date for saturday .. gonna see pineapple express haha so stoked to see the movie..and also another friend is having a party on saturday so all in all should be a pretty crazy few days ;D glgl all
Personally, I'll pass. I'm a peace kinda guy. Less people dying, more partying and sex during peace than war. But I know one way to be sure we keep on the war path...

This morning, I had Lucky Charms for breakfast instead of that generic store-brand cereal that you poor poors get. But enough. I will stop here for now because an imported beer in my fridge is calling my name. Until next time, remember, you can always live vicariously through me.
So a friend of mine at work booked hotel/flight like super advance for blizzcon. Blizzcon tickets go on sale yesterday they are like sold out in 3 seconds.
Now they are on ebay for like 5 trillion dollars. If anyone can help a brother out! If you guys have any blizz contacts (I have a few and i've emailed them but i really want to go) LET ME KNOW!!!!
So I've been trying to adjust my sleeping schedule by sleeping/getting up earlier. For some reason I could only sleep for 3-4 hours and woke up in the middle of the night. I decided it was a good idea to play a session being half awake and not thinking straight.
At first I sat at 3 tables with a reg which quit me after winning a buyin in about 50 hands. At this point I was already on tilt and feeling tired but couldn't really sleep. I sat at a few tables waiting but no one would play me so I saw saweech sitting alone at 2 tables and decided to play him. I started off pretty much donking off 3 buyins or so to him and just playing really badly so I decided to stop for a few minutes then come back. After calming down a lot I started to play a bit better but I couldn't hit shit and my bluffs were constantly getting snapped off/raised. However I didn't tilt which is pretty good and started getting some momentum after a while and ended up 1-2 buyins on him. I feel I ran pretty bad this morning but I definitely could've played much better and not spew like a retard.
Now I'm probably gonna get some breakfast and probably try to get some sleep.
