The two big poker stats keepers... I need to get one of them. Ive never used Holdem Manager but I hear a lot of good things about it. PokerTracker is really good and I like it a lot, actually tried this one out. I know there is a free holdem mananger trial too but I cant use it for some reason... I know I downloaded it a while ago maybe my trial just expired without me knowing.Just wondering which one some of you guys use and why you like it?
I lied earlier saying I wasnt going to play any more poker today. I got bored and sat in a really juicy game. I found my new fish for the week lol. This guy just played every hand and played them all terribly. I made some nice A high calls on him and tilted him pretty bad lol. Dont have any hands to show right now but I ended up +20bb which is always nice. Ill probably use my nice wins over the last couple of days to get one of the poker hand trackers.
I am going friggin nutz right now and I cannot stand this feeling. The pathetic thing is that I know this feeling. I am very very familiar with it although it has been a few months since I felt it. Back in July (after playing live home games for several years) Me and my friend discovered online poker. We were also deceived into thinking we could beat the games after having our first two nights exceedingly profitable. However, I had never heard of bankroll management and played 2/4 with low roll. It took a little over a month for me to blow 4 thousand. I was completely broke - I saved up some more money back in August and tried again and got bored with the low stakes and tried moving up and went bust again. Now I was completely flat ass broke - I could barely afford groceries. So I spent the entire month of September rebuilding my life. On Oct 3rd I deposited $200 in Pokerstars with a desire for a new beginning. It is now Oct 9th and I am bust off of straight NL 10 - Fucking ridiculous. Poker is my passion and I love the game and I don't even want to begin to think about giving up but it is literally ruining my life.

I definitly got a cold coming on which sucks so Im going to what I can to stop it... some good old buckleys should do the trick followed by a neo to go to bed... problem is im going to get hammered tonight and probably feel like absolute shit tomorrow lol. Good thing I got no plans.
So I get off work and I go to check my cell phone to see what up and the fucking screen is cracked to shit and I can see nothing on my screen. I just got this phone and when I went to the store they said it was physical damage and its not covered. Rogers you can blow me... for what I pay some months you should be thanking me for being a customer and forking over a new phone to me. NOT TO MENTION I JUST GOT THE PHONE 2 WEEKS AGO! Anyways I baught the shitty old razer... its going to have to do for now. fucksakes. cells are bull... they seriously charge you for everything and anything.
I played for about an hour today when I got off work but wasnt really feelin it and no good games were really running. Broke even and probably not going to play anymore today, big grind tomorrow though.
Going to get my hair cut right now then possibly take a quick power nap before I hit the sauce. WOOOOO
So I lost 65k today playing 50/100 HU, guy went into God Mode, kept sucking out...... I think I'll stop playing 50/100 for a while and just stick to 3/6, 5/10, 10/20 and 25/50, the swings at 50/100 makes me go nuts, so i'll wait for 1mill+ online till I play that again
so I have studied some last time and havnt been able to play much poker. But I tried to play some today and got stuck 5BI in 600 hands. I was outrivered twice for 2 outs and couldnt win any coinflips.

Yesterday i had a sparring session with my Trainingsparther who will also fight in the competition.
He is 77KG and i am 67Kg weight.
We put helmets on and did some very hard sparring ( Royal_Rumble knows which helmets i mean)
I was using my new Rogue Competition pro gloves ( very good and hard gloves imo)
We sometimes do that cause u can go really hard with this helmets in MMA gloves and therefore get some more realistic feeling in hard sparrings than u would get without helmet and Boxing gloves.
In the second round of our sparring 3x2 minutes boxing i hit him really really hard with a right hook.
seconds after the impact he first kinda stumbled backwards ... then our trainer immedeately stopped the sparring when he saw something wasnt all right.
My partner put his helmet off and his eyes looked totally doped.
then he tried to walk out of the trianing room and was guided to the toilette where he started puking for 10 minutes.

Well i hope he will be okay soon again and can still fight in 2 weeks.
JohnnyMac and Team McSame seem obsessed with focusing on Bill Ayers and Rev Wright - people Obama was associated with(and with Ayers it was a THIN relationship)- to try and say that Obama is "dangerous" for our country. I believe that if we're going to judge people on character issues, we should focus on what that person did, not what people around that person did. Seems to me like a more accurate way of finding out what type of person they are.
Hence the "Angry Fish" title. That's a good way to describe McCain. "Fish" comes from the fact that he's a huge roulette player that actually thinks he can beat the game... and he loves gambling. McCain is the type of guy high stakes players on LP make a living off of cause if he ever played poker he'd sit up at 3/6 or 5/10 or higher and play a 60/40/5 style. It's not like it matters if he loses it cause his wife can bankroll him to spew for a lifetime.
"Angry" comes from his horrible temper. And to illustrate it, I have a shitload of examples but want to start with one that happened at the roulette table to tie everything together:
McCain's game is craps. So is Jeff Dearth's. Jeff was at the table when McCain showed up and happily made room for him. Apparently there is some kind of rule or tradition in craps that everyone's hands are supposed to be above the table when the dice are about to be thrown. McCain--"very likely distracted by one of the many people who approached him that evening," Jeff says charitably--apparently was violating this rule. A small middle-aged woman at the table, apparently a "regular," reached out and pulled McCain's arm away. I'll let Jeff take over the story:
"McCain immediately turned to the woman and said between clenched teeth: 'DON'T TOUCH ME.' The woman started to explain...McCain interrupted her: 'DON'T TOUCH ME,' he repeated viciously. The woman again tried to explain. 'DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU'RE TALKING TO?' McCain continued, his voice rising and his hands now raised in the 'bring it on' position. He was red-faced. By this time all the action at the table had stopped. I was completely shocked. McCain had totally lost it, and in the space of about ten seconds. 'Sir, you must be courteous to the other players at the table,' the pit boss said to McCain. "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? ASK ANYBODY AROUND HERE WHO I AM."
This being Puerto Rico, the pit boss might not have known McCain. But the senator continued in full fury--"DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU'RE TALKING TO? DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?"--and crisis was avoided only when Jeff offered to change places and stand between McCain and the woman who had touched his arm.
And then let me share my favorite 2 stories. First:
Perhaps the most remarkable story of McCain's temper involved Arizona Congressman Rick Renzi. Two former reporters covering McCain, one who witnessed the following events and one who confirmed the facts provided by the first, relayed it to me as follows: In 2006, the Arizona Republican congressional delegation had a strategy meeting. McCain repeatedly addressed two new members, congressmen Trent Franks and Rick Renzi, as 'boy.' Finally, Renzi, a former college linebacker, rose from his chair and said to McCain, "You call me that one more time and I'll kick your old ass." McCain lunged at Renzi, punches were thrown, and the two had to be physically separated. After they went to their separate offices, McCain called Renzi and demanded an apology. Renzi refused. Apparently this posture made McCain admire him, as they became fast friends.
And by far my favorite:
Three reporters from Arizona, on the condition of anonymity, also let me in on another incident involving McCain's intemperateness. In his 1992 Senate bid, McCain was joined on the campaign trail by his wife, Cindy, as well as campaign aide Doug Cole and consultant Wes Gullett. At one point, Cindy playfully twirled McCain's hair and said, "You're getting a little thin up there." McCain's face reddened, and he responded, "At least I don't plaster on the makeup like a trollop, you cunt." McCain's excuse was that it had been a long day. If elected president of the United States, McCain would have many long days.

Then there's also a huge 5 page article from the Washington Post here. That story covers some of the stuff I already mentioned and some of the stuff that is in the video below.
So what's worse? A guy who sat on a board with a reformed anti-war extremist from the Vietnam era, or a guy who obviously has trouble controlling his temper and constantly "shoots from the hip" in his decision making? I am comforted by Obama's cool demeanor and ability to calmly think in a crisis, examine all sides, take advice from all points of view and then come to a decision. He's shown that in his campaign and I'm sure he'll continue it as president. McCain on the other hand has been erratic as hell, especially since the financial crisis started, with his ridiculous campaign suspensions (where nothing was really suspended), to his contradicting comments on supporting bailouts and not supporting bailouts, and comments saying the fundamentals are strong but the next day this is a crisis... I personally don't trust McCain to be able to handle things diplomatically and believe he'll make rash decisions. He will fall back on the military too much as his only solution cause that's all he knows. Add in the bad temper and it scares me to think that he'd have the nuclear codes. To me that's "Dangerous".
So today im going to blog about blogging. I just looked at the poker blogs sections and like 3 of the 6 first blogs were new blogs? Are we being invaded? That is all....
And by coaching I mean, being the student to a great coach!
As some of you know, SakiSaki was kind enough to take me on as a full time student. I had to go outta town right when the choice was made, but since I've been back we've done a lot of lessons. The more time I spend learning from him the more impressive he is, which is great. I'm especially noticing that he's got great hand reading skills and is really good at assigning accurate ranges, then using all of that to find good spots for value or bluffs. I'm definitely not able to do it at his level yet and can't wait till I can.
Anyway, I'm really happy about the coaching set up and have started playing a lot more. So far I've logged 10k hands this month and had some great results. Graph time:
Also bought a $650 bonus that I'm excited to clear, which should go quicker now that I'm @ NL100 again. I also gotta get Platinum Star back by the end of the month, so 10k VPP is a must. I'm less than 30k VPP from supernova and I am GOING TO MAKE IT DAMNIT!
Anyway, that's the poker update. Gotta do one of those every once and a while right? ^^

The past 2 days have been pretty decent, +ve for both. So I'm finally up now after being down 9BI for the month. I'm rolled to take another shot at 100NL. Although I am usually aggressive when it comes to moving up I'm thinking that perhaps I should stick around at 50NL for a while longer and work on my game, because I really think my skill is lacking in certain areas of the game for 100NL.
Actually I am currently finding it a bit tough to improve my game so if anyone would like to assist me in any way that would really be great. :D :D
I have been thinking of moving to another site solely for rakeback. Although I love the Pokerstars environment/software I really think it would be EV+ to be getting rakeback... I wanted to move to FTP but that won't be possible as I already made an account there with the free $100 bonus from LP. So apparently that is out of the equation. I've been thinking iPoker since it has a decent player base, is established pretty well, and they have great deals. But the only problem is I absolutely loathe the software. I played on Titan before and it's the gayest shit ever. I saw other sites like Cake but unfortunately it's not compatible with HEM? Any suggestions?

I study Psihology at the university here and try to play poker when i have time to play.
Poker is my main money income since i start playing 1 year ago when i deposit 170$ and grinding 2 tables fullring i was probably the biggest nit that time.
My problem with my Bankroll is that i withdrow a lot every month cuz i spend a lot and i need to pay a lot of bills.
but for the most part i am a bankroll nit using 50bi rulls.
I actualy have a break last 2 months and didnt play a hand
it wasnt some bad bead break from poker or something i just have fun @ local disco clubs on the beach spending money and have a lot of fun
i will take a shot @ 100nl this month and i hope i will crush the limit cuz i crush 50nl so hard
my goal for this month is 3.k+ from the tables and 3k rake back
my best achievement in poker was 2 months ago winning first place on Balkan Pokernews Challenge 200$ freezeout 63 players
and 6 place on 500$ freezout 100 players with some colers on the ft.
my first days on october are very good right now i am +40 bi on 50nl i will take a shot @ 100nl this week
