WEEE by LemOn[5thF], November 25

Started month with $400 in my account.

So what I won $1400 was a donkament and some rakeback, Its still fucking awesome feeling :D

I will hope fully get some longer term coaching soon - I seriously need someone who will tell me how retarded am I when I make my numerous spews, and I plan on taking shots at 100NL while staying at NL50 as a reg.

I don't think I would make my goal of 10K br, 3bb/100 NL100 reg with shots at NL200 in 10 months without some sort of external push, as I forced myself into rebuilding my roll for no reason so many times already. Hopefully this was the last time around, wish me luck people.

new computer by jchysk, November 25

I've been playing tournaments in a virtualbox dual 24" for over a year now on my linux box. I do too many things on my linux box to consider dual boot windows, so I just played poker in a Windows XP VM. I've finally decided to build a new computer for just poker and trading, which is really wh00sel's old computer upgraded.
Note: Getting a really nice motherboard when you first build a computer can save you a grand when you can upgrade it instead of building new when that time comes.

Right now I have triple monitor set up with 2 of them on a dual DVI KVM, but I'll be adding 3 more for 6 monitor display. I'll take a pic when I have all of them. If I play poker today it'll be my first session on the new rig. Hopefully things are faster than they are in a virtual machine.

Installed HEM, PT3, PS, FTP, Cake, Lightspeed, and imported all my configurations and hand archives.
w00t!

50NL Update by sooon2b, November 25

So, I ended up playing about 8k hands of 50nl HU and down ~2.5 buyins. I ended up playing some 6max due to some boredom and frustration with HU. The results have been ok over the small amount of hands played, but I feel like I am a ton more comfortable in the games now. I im noticing more profitable spots postflop, and feel like my hand reading and adjusting to individual players is much better. Essentially, most opponents ive encountered in the 6max games, I have encountered similar opponents at HU, in the way they think/act postflop, and even preflop some, esp in 3b pots. Anyways, I really think HU improved my 6max game, and I think I will just dabble in HU whenever I start to doubt my 6max game.

I did encounter some hands I had a bit of trouble with. Just gonna post the links and check for comments, which are greatly appreciated

Liquid Poker Support=Fail, Doing Hand prop bet!! by Joeingram1blog, November 24

So since Liquid Poker has the most suspect support I have ever seen in life I am forced to make a new name on this site. Since when you sign up with lp they give you some random password which is sent to your email, when you lose access to that email (as I did with tmobile) I can never find out my password again. I was logged into my old account on here still though and sent many emails to support and was talking to r1ch (red name) on here who asked me what I wanted my new email to be but I guess it still has not been changed. It is very annoying and I probably will just find another place to do these exciting blogs when I start my prop bets in the new year.

If anyone can help me get in contact with someone who can either get me back my old joeingram1 name I will give them $$$$. This can't be that fkn hard.

Am about to start a hand prop bet in 15 minutes, its me vs a 2p2er on who can play most hands nov 25th-nov 30th

nl25 and higher hands count!!

About to start the pwnage right now graphs to come

Painful -8bi session by RICHI8, November 24

Anything good I had never got paid off and anytime I got to showdown in anything 50bb+ it was an automatic lose. Classic KK into AA, set over set, two pair losing to turned straight, flush over flush, set to flush. Everything, the whole assortment.

I even table selected so well. I had 2-3 fish at every table and most of them on my immediate right. It's just indescribable how I feel right now. I'll be playing with a 5bi stop loss from now on. To be honest I had no idea I was down 8buy in until I lost like 4 big pots in a row as you can see at the end of the graph. Thankfully to the power of Pano I was able to just quit even though it hurt with such juicy tables but there's nothing you can do when you run 32.1% WTSD =[

Here's the graph. I never want to have a day like this again.

10r Win by Gadget, November 24

http://i378.photobucket.com/albums/oo228/m3gaedke/10r15KGTD.jpg

I chopped for 3700 when it was heads up. I had 1.5m and he had 1m and he gave me chip chop plus $150. I would like some feedback on whether it was a good chop or not. He had 43k in total prizes with -12% roi on opr.

I dont know if its poker in general, full tilt, or just my mentality, but basically all of my good tournament results come 1 week or weekend out of a month and the rest of that month I dont get anywhere near an FT.

The sickest part of my tourny results is that I'm getting 1st place in over 75% of FT's that I make with 600+ entrants. I think part of this has to do with never having another good player at my FT's. I am always mind boggled when i get to an FT and the big stack open limps utg and folds to a 5bb shove. Im obviously happy to see a terrible player at my FT, but I cant imagine how good he was running to make it that far.

WTSD by RICHI8, November 24

I believe you have to be just a "little" above 34% in order to win at this game.
