you need to run 2 graphics card in SLI so they need to be identical graphics cards, but yea if u buy 2 graphics cards and plug them in u can support up to 4 monitors, 2 from each card |

I've not really sure about running 3 monitors, but as far as monitor brand goes, Im about 90% sure you do not need the same brand of monitors. But as I said I'm not 100% sure, so just google it if you dont get an answer here. |

Don't need the same brand of monitor unless you want them to look nice. Just need two graphics cards, and you can run 2 monitors off each. |

They DO NOT need to be the same make or brand. The only thing you need to watch out for is that the one you get fits into the correct expansion slot in your motherboard. Another thing to watch out for would be to make sure that the 2nd video card you get supports the resolution you require, but since most video cards made in the last 2-3 years support 1920x1200, which is the max resolution a 22" monitor would ever have, you will be ok. Let me know if you need anymore help, I'm currently running three monitors off two different video cards. |
