Also, I'm up like just over half a bi today and I cleared like 100 in some random bonus I got because unibet misstook me studying for a test for leaving them and wanted me back. I'm up 1.6k so far this month over 4.3k hands so that's pretty good. I've got some late goals for this month too:
At least 5k profits
At least 30k hands
Working out at least 1h/day
I think I should stop having really high goals because it really puts pressure on me and it's probably not good to play when you don't feel on top of it. It's pretty cool that one could do this kind of money playing a online game and even though I'll try to move up limits I don't really feel the need to do it very fast. Would be nice to play NL400 by the end of the summer but as long as I make decent money I'll be fine.
I think I did pretty well on the big ass test too so if I just can get rid of my soul within the next 3.5 years I might be a decent lawyer too.

So last night I was on the dinner break for the 1500 6max event. Right before play resumed I was walking around the hallway next to the pokerroom when i saw about 6-7 people standing around in a circle talking. I saw mrtimcaum, steve paul ambrose, and a couple other guys i recognized so i walked over and started talking to them.
When i got there, i noticed that one of the kids in the group started slowly inching away. I didnt reall think much of it at the time, but when he got about 3 feet away from the circle he turned in the other direction and started walking.
When he got about 5 feet away, shaun deeb turns to me and goes "Do you know who that was?" I say no, and he tells me it was fatalerror, the 25/50 shortstacker. I was pretty outspoken about how i thought the ratholing aspect of what the shortstackers do on 25/50 was unethical in a few threads on 2p2, and im sure fatalerror knew this. instead of introducing himself he hit and ran the group.

Today was one freaking ridiculous day. After today, I pretty much feel like I can take whatever poker throws at me. Without further ado, here's the graph:
Yeah, like I said, crazy. The initial downswing was just rough. Everything went wrong, I even tilted a bit (which I almost never do any more), and I was $1k in the hole. However, towards the end of my first session I managed to hit some hands and erase some of the losses. Then I came back, and all hell broke loose. As you can image, during that huge upswing, I built some ridiculous stacks. Like the one shown below, which is by far the most money I've ever had at one table:
So yeah, get it in twice as a huge favorite and once as a flop, and still end up down. But hey, that's poker, and I can't complain with all the luck I've gotten over the past couple days.
How many of you watch or have watched the TV show Becker? It's a sitcom that ran from 1998-2004 I believe about a doctor (Becker) who is an asshole
The show itself is pretty entertaining. On one particular episode, Becker explains to the other characters about the so called "rubberband theory" (or elastic, w/e) Basically, when something good happens, the rubberband is stretched a little bit longer. In the episode, he was running mad hot hitting the river every time. No lineup at the post office, big tax return, found his gold pen that he lost, someone returned his wallet (with the tax return), and so on and so on. And then, he gets robbed of everything by a petty thief who didnt even show him a gun.
Right now, my rubberband is stretching. I'm waiting for it to hit me in the face. Therefore, I live in constant fear.

This is player Tilted Fish on Pokerstars.
Time goes by so fast... it was around this time last year I depossted $50 US into stars. I find myself more and more attached to this game. 95% of time I spent on computer is dedicated to Poker now that school is out. I find myself reading articles, looking at hands, calcuating odds, looking at betting patterns when I am not playing. Its crazy, I never thought I get this attached to this game.
During this past year I had 3 terrible BR damaging runs that I can remeber. where the dry streak was more than 20-30K hands with more than 10bi lost.
First one was at 10nl where I just sucked, 2nd at 25nl where I had tilt problems, but this recent one at 100nl I really cant explain. I no longer tilt or play when I am tired and since I am not able to read minds like some people here I have to rely on my descipline.
In this bad run I saw some nasty stuff, but I am sure everyone exprience something like this atleast once or twice a year. I just hope it doesnt happen anytime soon again.
Woke up today and i went to a park with my girlfriend and he had a lot of fun =) And now i'm heading off to play a little basketball with friends. I didn't get a chance to play poker today actually so i dont have any hands to post. I cant believe but i found another pic. Anyways, got a lof of poker'n to do in the next couple of days.

Bored of having a bad day at the tables went to find poker videos at YouTube and ran into this one.
